Complimentary Tea and Reflection (Satsang). Before classes we set our intention and state our current issues physical or mental. Satsang is a follow up and check in to your current state and reflection on what you learned in the physical movement, emotional state or mental progression of your thoughts. When we quiet the mind, the Soul can speak. If you feel moved you can donate a healthy tea or snack to share with the community.
