Beginner Group Yoga/Qi-gong Class
Have you always been curious about energy medicine? Join us for an integrative yoga class where we work to attune your INNER yogi and restore your spirit to a higher place of inner peace.
No two yoga classes are alike! Shanti uses energy medicine, meditation, sound healing, chanting, song, EFT tapping, Qi-gong and many eastern and ancient modalities to bring each attendee to a greater place of relaxation, centeredness and grounded awareness.
AFTERWARD:
Complimentary Tea + Reflection (Satsang) following your session. If you feel moved, we're always grateful for a donation of a healthy tea, chocolate, or snack to share with the class.
WE PROVIDE:
Yoga mats, blanket and bolster are provided. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Bring a friend.
