This Sanctuary is Wisdom-based refuge, inclusive of all paths, and devoted to the healing of body, heart, and spirit through sacred holistic modalities of somatic movement, vibrational healing, energy psychology, stillness, intuition and intention.  
What I offer here is not medical care or diagnosis --but rather practical yet intangible spiritual benefits --expect leaving here feeling more peaceful, having more clarity and taking practical tools to enhance self-regulation.

Through Peace Way Community Outreach, Shanti Dao Sanctuary—a wisdom-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization—brings accessible practices of breath, gentle movement, mindful awareness, sound, and compassionate connection into the wider community.
Our educational and experiential offerings support greater nervous-system regulation, steadiness, balance, vitality, and inner peace—especially for people who may have limited access to restorative spaces and practices.
Rooted in Daoist wisdom and universal principles, our programs welcome people of all backgrounds, traditions, and paths.
We welcome opportunities to offer programs in community centers, senior communities, schools, nonprofit organizations, recovery and transitional programs, caregiver groups, and other community settings.
